Shipping:

• USPS First Class - $4.95 (estimated delivery between 3 and 15 days)
• USPS Priority Flat Rate - $8.95 (2 to 3 days delivery)
• USPS Priority Express Flat Rate - $23.95 (1 to 2 days delivery)
• USPS International - $24.95 to $35.95 

*Listed shipping prices above are base pricing for up to three units.  Purchases larger than three items may incur additional shipping costs and/or may be mailed in multiple shipments.

Order Processing:

Each order is handmade with care when the order is placed.  Therefore, it may take between 2 to 5 days to process an order.  We diligently strive to get all orders out as soon as possible, with a typical turnaround time between 1 to 2 days from order placement to outbound shipping.  If you have a special request or require a rush order, please email us at CustomerService@TopazCharm.com.

Return and Exchange Policy:

At Topaz Charm it matters to us that you enjoy and are happy with your purchase.  If you encounter any issue, we are glad to exchange your order for either the same or a different design.  Because each item is handmade when ordered, we are not able to offer refunds.  Should you require an exchange, please email us at CustomerService@TopazCharm.com.
